2005 Cowrock Vineyards Cabernet Franc Cabernet Merlot

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of violet, raspberry and spice, followed by a ripe mulberry end note. The palate is lighter than the nose suggests. Fine dry tannins which run through to the aftertaste. Aftertaste of blackcurrant and cassis.
