2005 Chateau de Malleret Cru Bourgeois Superieur

Opaque dark red black colour with deep dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries, cedar, spice and earth followed by some light cigar box end notes. Medium weight the palate delivers flavours of dark cherries, blackcurrant, earthy cedar and spicy tobacco. Dry finish with fine grained tannin structure. Good length with aftertaste of dark cherry, earthy cigar box and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).
