Retasted 30/06/2009: Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of biscuit, cashew and hazelnut. The palate is on the coarse side with flavours of yeast lees, melon, butterscotch and toasted oak. Very spicy back palate. Aftertaste of melon, toasted oak and yeast lees.
