2005 Chandon Vintage Brut rose Museum Release

Excellent white creamy mousse showing very good hold. Exceptionally fine and very persistent bead with excellent pale salmon pink base wine colour. The nose displays aromas of yeast lees, biscuit and winter strawberry followed by some toast end notes. The palate displays delicate winter strawberry flavours followed by some yeast lees and sherbet. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of yeast lees and light strawberry. A very elegant sparkling Rose.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
