2005 Cape Barren Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

The blend is made up of 50% Grenache, 40% Shiraz and 10% Mourvedre. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of raspberry and leather followed by notes of raspberry jube and just a hint of cherry. The palate flavours are fine and dry, with chalky tannins dominant that run through into the aftertaste.
