2005 Berton Vineyard High Eden Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. The colour is far too advanced for 2005. Top note of tea leaf, followed by cigar box, stewed fruit and old leather. The nose is showing the characteristics of an aged Cabernet. The palate displays flavours of stewed fruit and tea leaf. Soft dryish tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and tea leaf.
