Bright straw colour with water like hue. Aroma of biscuit, cashew and yeast lees, showing good barel ferment character. Creamy palate with flavours of citrus, biscuit and cashew. Moderate palate length with some hazelnut background flavours. Aftertaste of biscuit and yeast lees.
