2005 Barossa Valley Estate E Minor Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by plum and a hint of earth. The palate profile is tight, with plum and stewed fruit flavours emerging with earthy characteristics on the back palate. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit. A restrained style.
