Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Light truffle top note, followed by blackcurrant, cedar and spice. There is a light and acceptable touch of stalkiness, giving the wine a pencil shaving character, over a background of liquorice, blackcurrant, spice and truffle. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, spice and blackcurrant.
