Brilliant pale gold colour with pale straw hue and green tinge. Subtle nose of tropical fruit, melon and fig. The palate has a light Chablis quality, however it is marked by nuances of sour cantaloupe. Clean acid finish. Sour cantaloupe aftertaste.
