2004 YarraLoch Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour with deep straw hue. The nose displays excellent barrel ferment character followed by a cashew and hazelnut end note. On the palate flavours of lemon and yeast lees, followed by grapefruit and unripe pineapple with just a touch of tropical fruit. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon, grapefruit and green tea.
