Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. The nose delivers complex notes of yeast lees, citrus, biscuit and almond, showing good varietal character and distinct barrel ferment qualities. Creamy texture. Flavours of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit over a spicy back palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and citrus.
