2004 William Thomas Wines Pinot Noir

Produced by brothers William and Thomas Hoare on the rich clay soils of the Brancoth Valley. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Aroma of strawberry and spice followed by a hint of liquorice. The wine has excellent mouthfeel with a warm spicy strawberry flavour. Moderate palate length. Soft tannins. Cherry spice aftertaste.
