Brilliant straw colour. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees, biscuit, melon and spice, followed by peach and tropical fruit endnotes. The palate flavour profile is relatively light, with lemon and honeycomb flavours emerging, with peach appearing on the back palate. The acidity is a touch high. Aftertaste of melon, peach, honey and spice.
