2004 Turners Crossing Shiraz Viognier

The blend is comprised of 96% Shiraz and 4% Viognier. The Shiraz and Viognier components have been co-fermented. Totally opaque black purple colour with deep black purple hue. The nose displays impressive lift of liquorice, spice, plum and dried apricot. Generous mouthfeel, with very spicy palate flavours of ripe plum, blackberry and black pepper. Excellent balance, fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice, liquorice and dried apricots.
