2004 Train Trak Shiraz

An impressive example of cool climate Shiraz. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice, plum and liquorice followed by a hint of blackberry and vanilla. The palate has excellent length with flavours of plum, spice, liquorice and white pepper emerging. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of white pepper, liquorice and vanilla. Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010)
