Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, biscuit and yeast lees showing good barrel ferment character with butterscotch end notes. The palate reveals flavours of yeast lees, butterscotch and toasted oak with citrus back palate flavours. The palate lacks complexity that the nose suggests. Clean acid finish. Long spicy aftertaste.
