2004 Tollana Adelaide Hills Viognier

This example of Viognier combines both the qualities of a very ripe example with the kind of acid structure expected from an Adelaide Hills style. Bright straw colour with pale gold hue. Aroma of spice, apricot, tropical fruit, mango and pear. Full bodied palate, with flavours of citrus, apricot and tropical fruit. The acidity is quite crisp. Aftertaste of apricot, pear and tropical fruit.
