A blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of liquorice, followed by raspberry, liquorice allsorts and dark chocolate. The palate reflects the nose with flavours of raspberry dominant over a liquorice allsorts background. Fine grained tannins, good weight. Aftertaste of spice and black pepper.
