2004 The Willows Vineyard Semillon

Brilliant pale gold colour with pale straw hue. Top note of green tea followed by confectionary and honeyed toast with light barrel ferment end notes. The palate displays some herbaceous flavours over honey and toast followed by spice, green tea, confectionary and lemon. Clean acid finish with lingering aftertaste of confectionary, honey and toast.
