An outstanding blend. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of violets, raspberry and spice followed by ripe plum and a touch of liquorice as an end note. The palate has an excellent ripe fruit flavour profile, creating a ‘joosy’ sensation over a velvet tannins background. Flavours of raspberry and spice are evident over raspberry jube, cherry and spice. Long aftertaste of spice, raspberry, liquorice, black pepper and confectionary.
