This is an organic wine, made from a blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc. Medium body. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of blackcurrant and mulberry followed by liquorice, spice and violets delivering a perfumed nose. Mouthfilling palate flavours with ripe blackcurrant, cedar and spice evident. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of cedar, blackcurrant and mulberry.
