An outstanding wine made in the style of Chablis. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose is sophisticated, with notes of hazelnut and toasted oak followed by hints of honeycomb and biscuit. The palate delivers the flinty quality that is associated with Chablis, with layers of grapefruit and citrus over a lightly oxidative base. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lightly oxidated base wine, lemon and grapefruit. Very Limited stocks.
