Bright gold colour with green hue. Delicate nose of peach and tropical fruit followed by a hint of yeast and cinnamon. Showing flavours from the ripe end of the flavour spectrum . The palate reveals flavours of cinnamon and pineapple followed by a hint of peach. The spiciness persists with a soft acid finish and aftertaste of pineapple and cinnamon.
