2004 St. Huberts Cabernet Sauvignon

An outstanding Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with cellaring potential. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose of violets, blackcurrant, mulberry and cedar, showing excellent varietal character. The palate structure is tightly knit, supporting flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and truffle. Fine, dry tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant and cedar.
