First tasted, March 2006:
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The wine has spent 11 months on oak. Aroma of honeycomb and yeast lees are followed by a touch of peach and melon. The palate flavours are relatively soft, but the acidity is holding up. Flavours of peach are evident followed by a hint of lemon. Aftertaste of peach, melon and fig.
