A sophisticated, refined style. Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Complex nose, with notes of biscuit, honeycomb, yeast lees and cashew emerging. The palate has a refined secondary flavour profile with flavours of yeast lees, cashew, toasted oak and honeycomb. Creamy texture, with fig flavours in the background. Clean finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, honeycomb and fig.
