2004 Schild Estate Wines Ben Schild Reserve Shiraz

The Ben Schild Reserve Shiraz has been made from the finest parcel of fruit grown on the Angus Brae Vineyard. A combination of French, Hungarian and American oak has been used for maturation. Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Superb, lifted nose of violets, vanilla, blackberry and spice. The palate flavour profile is generous with flavours of confectionary, vanilla, blackberry, spice and chocolate emerging. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of vanilla, confectionary, black pepper and spice.
