2004 Rymill Coonawarra Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Top note of violet, followed by blackberry, vanilla and plum delivering a perfumed sniff, followed by light earthy end notes. The palate structure appears to be quite tight with cool climate flavours of white pepper, plum and spice evident. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of white pepper, plum and spice. A tightly structured, elegant Shiraz.
