Very deep, almost opaque black purple colour with purple hue. Aroma of violets and spice showing perfumed lift with blackberry end notes. Flavours of spice and plum without the ‘joosy’ characteristics that were heralded by the nose. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blood plum, vanilla and spice.
