Brilliant gold colour, showing some oxidative handling of juice. Aroma of yeast lees and biscuit, followed by a hint of cashew, hazelnut and honeycomb. The palate reveals a touch of citrus over a background of hazelnut and cashew, with just a hint of butterscotch emerging. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, lemon and butterscotch.
