2004 Pyrenees Ridge Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Aroma of spice, blackberry, plum, vanilla and dark chocolate – creating an impressive sniff. The palate flavour profile is generous and still building. Flavours of plum, spice and liquorice are overlaid by a spicy back palate supported by fine, dry and chalky tannins which persist into the aftertaste.
