2004 Plunkett Blackwood Ridge Pinot Noir

Semi translucent brick red colour with brick red hue, already showing development. Top note of strawberry jam followed by spice and a hint of old leather. The finish on the palate is drying out – the tannins are dry. Leather and spice flavours emerge with dry tannins persisting.
