2004 Pizzini Sangiovese

Medium body. Crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. The nose is lightly perfumed with aromas of spice and plum followed by stewed fruit and liquorice allsorts. On the palate, flavours of cherry and spice are followed by a hint of stewed fruit and leather on the back palate. Soft, but slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of cherry, spice and stewed fruit.
