A delightful light summer red. Brilliant purple mauve colour with vibrant mauve hue. Translucent. The nose is fresh, aromatic with lifted notes of spice, fresh raspberry, strawberry and liquorice. Whilst the wine is light in body it has a respectable flavour profile. Spice, strawberry, raspberry and cherry flavours emerge. Very good length. This is the sort of wine that could easily by mistaken for a Beaujolais Noveau.
