2004 Pikes Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The blend is composed of 73% Sauvignon Blanc and 27% Semillon. Bright straw colour with green tinge. On the nose, there is a hint of tropical fruit followed by a hint of confectionary and a grassy end note. On the palate flavours of citrus and lemon appear over a crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon and unripe passionfruit.
