Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. A hint of confectionary on the nose, followed by a hint of hay. The palate is quite dry with flavours of hay and confectionary emerging over a delicate grassy back palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of unripe tropical fruit followed by a hint of lemon.
