2004 Peter Dennis Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by blackberry and vanilla with a liquorice allsorts end note. The palate delivers flavours of stewed fruit, followed by a touch of old leather, cedar and spice. The flavour profile is old-fashioned – reminiscent of McLaren Vale Shiraz from the mid 70’s. Flavours of old leather, truffle, earth, spice and liquorice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spice, liquorice and old leather.
