2004 Peos Estate Four Aces Manjin Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays distinct barrel ferment character, with notes of hazelnut, yeast lees, melon and fig emerging. Creamy palate texture, with good weight. Flavours of white peach, melon and cashew, followed by a hint of citrus. Moderate length and depth. Aftertaste of yeast lees, and fig.
