2004 Pauletts Cabernet Merlot

This wine is composed of 70% Cabernet and 30% Merlot. Brick red colour with brick red hue, showing early development. Top note of leather, followed by cedar, blackcurrant and spice. The palate displays flavours of ripe plum, cedar and ripe stewed fruit. Fine grained tannins. Back palate flavours of cedar and earth. Aftertaste of cedar, plum and spice.
