Opaque deep black purple colour with deep black purple hue. Perfumed top note of liquorice, spice and blackcurrant, followed by cedar, vanilla and confectionary. The palate displays a sense of elegance, with flavours of blackcurrant and spice over a cedar, vanilla and blackcurrant back palate. Fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of cedar and vanilla. The wine is near its peak.
