Olivier Leflaive have both their own Domaines as well as having close relationships with many of Burgundy’s top growers from whom they purchase either grapes or must. Some of these growers are ‘artists’ whose passion is as much their vines as their wines. The wines are blended from different parcels of wine produced from vineyards in the same appellation. The blending process is carried out by Olivier Leflaive and his technical director, Franck Grux.

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose is classic Burgundy. Top note of confectionary followed by fig, melon and light cashew. The palate has elegance, creamy texture and flavours of light lees, biscuit, fig and cashew, with just a touch of citrus on the back palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of citrus, spice and biscuit.
