2004 Mountadam Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep brick red colour with brick red hue. The nose displays a promising lift, with notes of leather, truffle and cedar. The palate fails to live up to the nose displaying flavours of stewed fruit followed by a hint of stalk and tea leaf. Fine, dry and slightly chalky tannins which persist into the aftertaste.
