Bright straw colour with water like hue showing signs of early development. Aroma of tropical fruit, followed by ripe jonathan apples, spice and a touch of musk. The palate flavours are beginning to fill out, with spice and jonathan apple evident over a touch of cinnamon on the back palate. The acidity is dropping away.
