2004 Mitchell Barrel Fermented Wild Yeast Semillon

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays a delicate grassy, tropical fruit quality followed by a confectionary endnote. On the palate flavours of confectionary, spice and hints of tropical fruit are overlaid with just a touch of lemon and mango. Clean acid finish. Lemon, mango aftertaste.

First tasting:
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose is delicate, with notes of honey and toast emerging, followed by a hint of confectionary. Full flavoured palate, with flavours of honeycomb, toast and confectionary evident. Clean acid finish with a hint of citrus on the aftertaste.
