2004 Masi Campfiorin

This wine celebrates the 40th vintage using the double fermentation technique of Ripasso. Dried Grapes are re-fermented with finished wine.

Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of spice followed by dark cherry, a hint of liquorice, plum and confectionary. The palate delivers flavours dark cherry over plum and spice. Soft tannins, excellent balance – almost joosy in its structure. Aftertaste of dark cherry and plum.
