A delicate Chardonnay with some parallels to Chablis. Bright pale straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew, hazelnut and biscuit, showing good barrel ferment character. On the palate, citrus, light yeast lees, melon and light tropical fruit flavours emerge. A clean crisp style. Clean acid finish.
