2004 Laurance Sauvignon Blanc Semillon Chardonnay

The blend is composed of 42% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon and 18% Chardonnay. Brilliant green straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of ripe peach, melon and tropical fruit with light grassy unripe gooseberry end note. On the palate the grassy, herbaceous flavours override the riper peach and tropical fruit flavours creating considerable flavour tension. Grassy, peach aftertaste.
