2004 Koltz The Carbine Shiraz Cabernet

This blend is composed of 75% Shiraz and 25% Cabernet. Very deep crimson colour with deep mauve purple hue. Perfumed nose with aromas of vanilla, spice, blackberry and blackcurrant followed by a violet end note. Blackcurrant and spice palate flavours are evident, with just a hint of liquorice. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Blackcurrant aftertaste.
