2004 Knee Deep Cabernet Sauvignon

An elegant Margaret River Cabernet, delivering an impressive flavour profile. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of cedar, blackcurrant and spice, followed by end notes of liquorice and violet. On the palate there is a sense of elegance, flavours of liquorice allsorts, blackcurrant and cedar. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice allsorts and blackcurrant.
